1. What you’re buying
When you claim a rectangle on Million Maxxing, you pay $1 (USD) per pixel to display an image and a hyperlink at that specific position on the canvas. Purchases are for digital display space only — no physical goods are shipped, and no ownership of the underlying software or brand is transferred.
2. How long your pixels stay
Your block stays visible for as long as Million Maxxing is online. We’ll do our best to keep the site running, but we can’t guarantee it’ll be up forever. If the site ever shuts down, no refunds are owed for time already displayed.
3. Refunds
Because pixels are shown on the canvas the moment your payment lands, all sales are final and non-refundable. If your payment fails or the reserved block is claimed first, you won’t be charged.
4. Content you upload
You are responsible for the image and link you submit. By uploading, you confirm you own or have permission to use the artwork, and that the destination URL doesn’t point to anything illegal, malicious, or misleading.
Not allowed:
- Sexually explicit material
- Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting individuals
- Malware, phishing, scams, or misleading redirects
- Copyrighted or trademarked material you don’t have rights to
- Anything illegal in the buyer’s or operator’s jurisdiction
We reserve the right to hide any block that violates these rules without a refund.
5. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles fraud protection, chargebacks, and receipts under their own terms.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
